Becoming an MHFAider is just the starting point. This refresher session gives MHFAiders space to revisit key skills, reflect on their experiences in the role, and strengthen confidence in supporting mental health conversations at work. Designed to help organisations continue supporting MHFAiders as part of a wider wellbeing approach.

People who have completed MHFA training within the last 3 years.

Live interactive learning — typically 4 hours, online or face-to-face
