Mental Health First Aid (MHFA)
Accredited training that helps people recognise signs of poor mental health, approach conversations with confidence, and guide others towards appropriate support—without diagnosing or trying to fix problems.
Building confidence to support mental health at work
Mental Health First Aiders are trained to recognise signs someone may be struggling, approach conversations with confidence, and guide people towards appropriate support.
